Our orders are despatched through a third party. Any orders placed before 12pm will be delivered within 2 working days*
Our third party delivery service provide a tracking service, please provide a correct telephone number when ordering.
Once your order has been placed, unfortunately this cannot be amended.
If your delivery is missing or damaged please email email@example.com with details and we will respond within one working day. Any missing items must be reported within three working days.
Deliveries outside of Mainland UK may be subject to additional delivery charges.
We currently do not accept international orders online however, we may make exceptions with enquiries.
* During periods of high demand, we will advise on our website if it is likely that our deliveries will be delayed.
